Thank you for interest in placing a notice onto our website and newsletter.

We look forward to sharing your information with our members and others who read our newsletter and visit our website.

What can I submit a notice for?

Notices may be for products and events such as workshops, courses, clinic rooms for rent, groups and gatherings related to the energetic and spiritual healing field, or of interest to practitioners in this field.

What is my deadline for submitting a notice?

For inclusion in the following month, notices must be submitted by the 25th of the month.
E.g. to have a notice displayed on the website for the month of June, and to go into the June edition of illuminate, send it by 25th May.

Notices can only be included on the website/newsletter if they make the monthly deadline.  No emails will be sent to our database in between newsletters or posted to our website in between the posting periods.

Also, we do not include notices regarding petitions of any kind, however, if you wish, we can put these into the EHA Healing Book for distance healing on the issue.

When will my notice be placed on the website/in the newsletter?

Notices are placed on the website between the 1st and 5th day of the new month and remain there until the 1st-5th day of the following month (or final month for the notice).  

The notice will also be included in illuminate, our monthly eNewsletter.  This is complimentary and will be automatically included.

How many notices can I place?

A maximum of two notices per person/organisation may be placed in any one month.

Notices for ongoing events, eg weekly/monthly group meetings/circles/workshops, may be placed on our website listing/newsletter for up to 12 months for Full members, and for periods of 6 months, 9 months and 12 months for our other members/non-members.

For both members and non-members, for "once-off" notices or special events, a notice may be placed in a maximum of two newsletters leading up to the event/two consecutive newsletters for products/services.  Once your notices have been placed, a notice for the same product/event may not be placed until 2 months have lapsed after the previous notice.  Eg if a notice was placed in July and August, the next month that a notice can be placed is November.

How much is it to place a notice?

Ongoing Event Notice
An event which runs/repeats throughout the year on a regular basis such as weekly or monthly (eg weekly meditation classes)



For up to 6 months Free  $25 $50
For up to 9 months Free $38 $75
For up to 12 months Free $50 $100




Special Event/Service/Product Notice
One off event, promotion of your products, room for rent, etc



One Month Free $15 $30
Two Months Free $25 $50

If you are an EHA member and submitting the notice on behalf of someone who is not a member, then the notice will ensue a charge at the rate listed above.

  • Make a payment, if fees apply.  NB:  the funds must have arrived in the EHA bank account by the 27th.

Note:  in order to be considered for publication, notices must be submitted via the online form and comply with the guidelines.
